What I mean here is the NT come with EMR. Basically it makes the fixed text part of note and adds some variables in it. Such as: Patient [first][last] , [gender][age] came to office for [complaint] . You really got history of medicine in US. It was hard to get into residence program in Internal medicine in history. Since insurances use internal medicine as gate keeper. It is somewhat easy to get into transitional programs, then jump into Anesthesiologist, Rehabilitation, Neurology and psychiatrist. AMG tried their best to get into hot specialties with procedures, surgeries such as OB, Gyn, surgery,Gastroenterologist, and Dermatology. Many CMG are MD and Ph.D with excellent research background. They are more competitive in pathology and hematology and oncology. Internal medicine and pediatrics were very competitive, but overall the payment is still relatively low comparing with specialists in different field. The web sit is easy to use, I hope you have information about date of college entrance or graduation. It will be easy to find alumni from same year. I am delighted to find some classmates.
